Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges, therefore all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order please reach out via email - sissysbowtique@hotmail.com so we can resolve any issues. If something happens to be defective and is being returned to me is buyers responsibility to ship back. Please allow 1-2 business days for a reply. I do not respond after 4pm or on weekends.
